Only Recently Paul O'Connor has been appointed Head chef at the Lake Hotel. Colman Huggard has taken up a position of Executive ChefPaul seen here after introducing our new Afternoon Tea Platter.
At the Lake Hotel we have decided to set up this blog to let our employees keep in touch and keep up to date and share any interests.

In the Summer of 08 one of our dynamic Chef's won the Munster Championship in Road Bowling and went on to come second in Ireland. More
Munster Road Bowling Champion 2008Bodil is moving to a new Town and a new job after 9 years at the Lake. We will all miss her at the lake.
